It’s time for our annual GPC Fundraiser for the Gladstone Food Pantry! Last year we raised over $2,200 for the food pantry, so we have set a goal of $2,500 for this year! We have over 550 members, so if each member donated $5, this goal is easily attainable! Please consider contributing to this worthy cause.
The fundraiser is open until September 30th, and donations can be made on Cheddar Up. Please see the flyer below (also posted at the courts) for the Cheddar Up QR code. You may also use the following URL:

GPC went from an idea to reality...starting June 2018. The club started with 6 courts and 45 members to 8 courts and nearly 600 members in 2025. Much hard work, monetary donations, and love went into the building of these courts over two different renovations. On September 28, 2021, the current 8 courts were finished and ready for play! GPC...7 years and counting...may the future be filled with friendship and fun times!
Gladstone Pickleball Members,
We recently have been having grass and tiny pebbles showing up around the perimeter of our courts. Apparently, this is a result of the mower cutting grass along the sides of the courts. I understand the need for good footing when playing Pickleball, so I contacted the City about the problem. They agreed to blow off the perimeter of the courts where needed after mowing. Unfortunately, we may have already set up nets and begun our play time when they do this. If that is the case, we will need to stop play to allow them to clean the courts. They have a gas blower and should be able to clean off the perimeter in a few minutes. If our blower is available, we can even give them a hand. Please be helpful when they arrive. Thank you for your understanding. If any more items need to be discussed with the City, please go through me or one of the board members. We will be glad to contact the City on behalf of our club.
Thanks, Bill
